Medical Laboratory Science Program

For medical laboratory professionals, our Medical Laboratory Science Program is a 12-month program for college students. The education component takes place at our off-site education facility in York. Clinical components are held at our hospital laboratories, with most clinicals occurring at York Hospital. Upon graduation from our program, graduates receive a certificate of completion. Students earn a bachelor’s degree from their school and will be eligible for certification as a medical laboratory scientist by passing a national exam.

Nursing

In partnership with Jersey College, we've established a school of nursing in York County, Pennsylvania. This school offers an associate degree in nursing program that can be completed in as little as two years. The program combines clinical experience at our facilities with classroom learning. Graduates are encouraged to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing. The campus, located at 1409 Williams Road in York, features modern facilities including spacious classrooms, collaboration areas, a skills lab and a student lounge.

Medical Assistant Training Program

Our Medical Assistant Program provides comprehensive training that equips you with the skills needed to excel in a variety of clinical settings. As a medical assistant, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, performing tasks such as taking medical histories, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with administrative duties. With hands-on experience and expert instruction, you'll be prepared to make a meaningful impact in the health care field. 

Phlebotomy Training Program

For those interested in becoming a phlebotomist, we offer a comprehensive Phlebotomy Training Program. This program includes 85 hours of classroom instruction and 150 hours of clinical training, all completed within a seven-week period. The program costs $900, which includes textbooks and a CPR training class.

Radiography Program

For individuals interested in imaging careers, we offer positions in various areas such as CT, Interventional Radiology, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray. These roles are available in acute inpatient, outpatient centers and ambulatory settings. To further support career growth, we provide a 23-month, hospital-based Radiography Program, which is ideal for those looking to enter the field of radiography.

Surgical Technologist Trainee Program

If you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to work in the operating room, our Surgical Technologist Trainee Program is for you. This program offers in-depth training on the essentials of surgical technology, including sterile techniques, instrument handling and assisting with surgeries. As a surgical technologist, you'll be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring that procedures run smoothly and efficiently. With our program, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in this critical role.
