Check Your Eligibility Requirements
Description: Review unit and position-specific details to determine your interest.
Education: Graduation from an accredited RN nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licensure: Active RN license or Graduate Nurse Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one before starting the position.
Prepare Your Application Materials
Resume: Tailor your resume to emphasize your clinical rotations, any relevant internships and any leadership or volunteer experiences. Include any honors or awards you received during your nursing program.
Cover Letter (optional): Write a compelling cover letter that explains why you are interested in WellSpan and how your skills and experience make you a strong candidate. Be sure to mention specific units or departments you are interested in and any relevant skills you bring to the table.
References: Be prepared to provide contact information for at least three professional references, such as clinical instructors, preceptors or health care professionals you have worked with.
